It looks absurd talking about repaying discharged debt management when there remains no legal obligation to do so but some individuals pay back their debts yet after receiving legal acquitted from them. From legal point of view they are assumed to do so voluntarily when no legal enforcement is there to compel them repay for those specific debts. Such rare cases can be observed in personal relations when some family member or family friend is concerned in the manner. In such matters debtor takes it as personal obligation to repay the debt on acquiring enough finances in order to regain his reputation within certain circle of close relations.
